Meet Aaron
Aaron is originally from Martin, TN, and has lived in Jackson since 2012.
He and his wife, Lauren, have three children. Aaron has received master’s and doctoral-level training in theology, ministry, and counseling. He is an ordained minister and served as a pastor for 13 years. Counseling has always been part of his ministry calling, and it grew over the years to lead him to make it the focus of his ministry. Aaron has received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Master of Divinity in Christian Education, a Master’s degree in Counseling, a Master’s of Theology in Biblical Counseling, and a Doctorate of Ministry. His education and experience have equipped him to counsel a broad spectrum of life’s hardships.
Aaron has chosen to serve as a non-licensed counselor. He practices solely as a biblical counselor, which requires a commitment to God’s Word as the authority over all else. Therefore, he is not a professional counselor according to the Rules of Tennessee Board for Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapist, and Clinical Pastoral Therapists.
